UNISEL is the first university in Malaysia to be set up by a state government. The university took its first batch of 265 students on September 1999 and has since grown into a thriving centre of learning with over 11,000 students. UNISEL now ranked 3rd place after UNITEN and UTAR for ‘Total Student Enrollment in Private Institution of Higher Learning (PIHE) year 2007 (MINISTRY of HIGHER EDUCATION (MOHE)). Universiti Industri Selangor (UNISEL) is proud of its two campuses in Shah Alam (City Campus) and Bestari Jaya, Selangor. Our main campus at Bestari Jaya is located on a fully developed campus of 1,000 acres.
